Team visit: Updates

Pastor Bradley Peterson and his team of 5 members (Randy,Adam, Dan, Adrienne, Debbie) visited King of Kings Ministries, India. They shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ to many people in the deep forest villages. They visited house to house and asked their prayer requests and told them about the Living God and prayed for them. They have divided into two teams and covered many families in every village. Some people said "NO" for prayers first, later when we were returning from other houses, they gathered in a house and called us for prayers. These prayers have touched the people and villages. One of the team member Adrienne gave presentations on medical aid. She distributed photo printed papers and showed the exercises to prevent body pains, Knee, Joint pains etc, she also gave presentations on how to make the body clean with soap and pure water. She illustrated very nicely with actions and presentations so that people can understand well. All the people listened carefully and understood well. Many people asked questions about health issues. All the questions have been answered by the team. People felt very happy. The team also distributed Rice to the poor people in the villages there by showing the Love of Christ. They also distributed Soaps, Tooth Brushes and Tooth pastes brought from United States. The team encouraged the men and women in the villages to make their bodies and mouth clean for preventing diseases. New Church building opening Ceremony:   Pastor Brad spoke in the pastors training and advised the pastors to encourage young people so that the new generation can continue their preachings/teachings of the Bible/Gospel. Pastors Conference
Tuesday, August 16th, 2011, No Comments »

Pastors Conference was organized in deep forest in the month of May. Dr. Scott Horrell, professor from Dallas Theological Seminary and his team taught about Trinity which brought a great impact in the lives and teachings of the pastors and the leaders. There were 50 pastors and lay-leaders who attended the conference. All the pastors are from deep forest. These pastors are not trained previously in any Seminaries earlier, but they are strong in their faith and tell the Good news of the Gospel to the unreached. They faced lot of persecutions when they preached about Jesus Christ. Their boldness and strong testimonies bring many souls for Christ. The truths of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not easy but they are the most essential ones and they will make the believer edify his/her soul. The Word of God and the Holy Spirit was present and continuously helping everyone who attended. All the participants are encouraged, empowered and refreshed after the training. In Awareness of the distinct role that each Person of the Trinity has in our salvation can especially serve to give us greater comfort and appreciation for God in our prayers, as well as helping us to be specific in directing our prayers. "We have learnt a lot, many new things from the Bible" this is the testimony given by a pastor after the pastors training. Another pastor says "After this conference I understood the concept of Father+Son+HolySpirit, and their relations to Human Beings." Every participant left with a burden in their heart, when we met some pastors this month they said "We want to Thank God for Dr.Scott and his team for wonderful teachings of Trinity, Those concepts are useful for our church and ourselves to grow." Many participants have started implementing the teachings. If you are encouraged and led by the Holy Spirit, Please come and teach these rural pastors about Bible and Theology which will enable them in bringing many more souls for Christ.
